Woulda, woulda, woulda! Sure.

I don't know about Walker (who I actually like as a player)

You might've been able to make a better case for Juan P being safe at the plate - although AJ did a dreat job blocking the plate with his foot.

Z is chucking the pill tomorrow for the Blue team so they have a great chance. He's been pitching great although he faces #56 for the SOX who may be my favorite pitcher in the history of Chicago baseball...a win and a save in the WS is pretty good

Anyway, whether or not Walker was safe or out - Uribe made one helluva play and this is the second game this week the 7/8 hitter has come up big for the SOX. Marshall should not have been throwing him such good pitches earlier in the game. It isn't Marshall's fault, he's just a kid. Someone should've been telling him what to do or not to do. Hank White might've done it. The Cubs might be better (defensively) with Barret out of the lineup.

Enough baseball ramblings - what is my problem - rock on Aquamanski crew.

We haven't got a chance!!!

Doesn't matter who's pitchin'.

I was wrong about Z - I don't know why I thought he was pitching. Maybe it was my wishful thinking.

Actually, this is Mad Dog's best chance at a win in a month. The SOX pitcher gives up a lot of fly balls which could go out of the park today. So far Javier's settled down but he always has that one bad inning (worst than his 1st)

I did not know what the hell you were talking about. Now I know that it's baseball.

I really have to learn about baseball so that I have something to talk about with other people (other than celebrity news). Right, edp?

Looks like you're about to get your wish re: Dusty. Jim Hendry (who every day is looking more and more like Jody Davis' smarter brother) said he would evaluate the coaching staff over the AllStar break.

But Dusty was supposed to be our savior. We've had way too many false messiahs on the north side in my lifetime. Why don't we just hire Ronny Woo-Woo to run things? At least it would be fun to watch him call the bull-pen for yet another reliever that provides no relief.

I'm a teacher. Apparently this means I must know EVERY answer to EVERY question in all of creation. Heaven help me if I make a spelling error. I'm also a wife & "new Mommie" (shudder). Don't get me wrong, I love my babies, but the phrase "new mommie" has got to go. It just conjures up images of scrunchies & sweat pants in my mind. Phooey.
